Privacy and report delivery

What you choose to submit

The optional estimate form uses high-level company details: industry, country, employee band, retained history, software categories, optional data volume and language, and your email address. It does not request raw business records, files, passwords, or information about other people. Please do not enter confidential records or sensitive personal information.

How report delivery works

When you select Email my report and agree to delivery, your email and form answers are sent to our report service on Cloudflare. The service recomputes an informational report and sends the recipient address and report content to Brevo for email delivery. This is a report request, not a marketing subscription. The application does not create a contacts list or send your profile to listed data buyers. A successful submission means the email provider accepted the message, not that it reached your inbox.

Storage and security

The report service keeps salted hashes, request status, expiry times and abuse-prevention counters in Cloudflare Durable Object storage. It does not persist the raw email address, IP address or company profile in that application storage. Idempotency records expire after seven days; rate counters expire after 24 hours, and scheduled cleanup removes expired records. Cloudflare processes network information such as IP addresses to serve and protect the website. Brevo processes the address and message to deliver email; its delivery records and the providers’ infrastructure logs or backups follow their own policies and account settings. The seven-day application limit is not a promise about all provider records.

Browser storage and other tools

The estimate form does not retain your answers in local or session storage. Other downloadable worksheets run in your browser; downloaded files remain wherever your browser saves them. This release includes no advertising pixels, analytics scripts or marketing signup.

Your choices and contact

You can read the guides without submitting a report request. Contact reports@companydataguide.com to ask about access, correction or deletion of information connected to your request, or other privacy rights applicable to you. Include only what is needed to identify the request; do not send business records or credentials. Email already delivered to your inbox is controlled by you and your mail provider. External links lead to services with their own policies.
