Choose a coherent unit
A package might cover one inspection type, one workflow or one period of measurement. State the number of eligible examples and how they were selected. Include units, collection conditions and outcome definitions where relevant.
Make it inspectable
Provide a schema, sample documentation, quality checks and an exclusion list. Explain uncertain labels and missing inputs. Avoid assembling unrelated material merely to increase the apparent volume.
Bound the commercial agreement
Discuss evaluation rights before providing a sample and production rights before broader use. Distinguish a fixed delivery from obligations to refresh, correct or support it. Keep customer confidentiality, contributor rights and preparation cost visible throughout the discussion.
